Voice infrastructure
LiveKit media servers (self-hosted on AWS ca-central-1), SIP trunk for PSTN, telephony charges (~$0.013/min Canadian DID inbound)
AI compute
OpenAI GPT-4o for conversation reasoning, Deepgram Nova-3 for live transcription, ElevenLabs Turbo v2.5 for natural-sounding voice. Roughly $0.18 per minute of call.
Open Dental integration
Real-time PMS queries during every call (availability, patient lookup, booking, insurance benefits). No 'rate-limited' tier — your AI talks to your PMS as much as it needs to.

Pricing questions, answered
- What counts as an 'AI-handled call'?
- Any inbound call where the AI agent picks up and engages — even if it transfers to a human or just takes a message. Calls that ring through to voicemail or are answered by your staff don't count.
- What happens if we go over the call limit?
- You don't get cut off — overage is billed at $0.45/call. We'll notify you at 80% so there are no surprises. Most practices upgrade once they regularly hit the next tier.
- Is there really no setup fee?
- Right — onboarding is self-serve through our wizard, takes about 10 minutes, and our team is on standby to help via email or screen-share. Enterprise plans get a dedicated onboarding manager.
- What about PIPEDA / data residency?
- All patient data stays in AWS ca-central-1 (Toronto + Quebec). The voice agent calls your PMS in real-time during phone calls so we don't replicate your full patient roster. Tamper-evident audit trail on every AI action and override.
- Can we cancel anytime?
- Yes — monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period, no penalty. Enterprise contracts have notice terms negotiated up front (typically 30-60 days).
- Do you do annual discounts?
- 10% off all plans when paid annually. Enterprise discounts are negotiated based on location count + commitment.
